Mirawall
General Uses
Mirawall
is used whereever light, strong, corrosion-free painted sheet is
shaped to produce articles as boxes, trays, cases, etc.. Thanks
to its flexibility, Mirawall can be shaped in a lot of different
ways. its major market today is architectural panels, but electronic
instrument cases, truck bodies and home furniture are also exploiting
Mirawall's combination of properties. And domestic appliances are
being studied, also in combination with recent developments of decorative
patterns (Mira-color effects).

Mirawall's
Architectural Uses
Mirawall
-particullarly the thicker 30 range- has been steadily substituting
convential panel materials previously used, such as laminated sheet
(a plastic core sheet clad with thin painted aluminum), liquid coils
coated sheets or solid aluminum panels "wet" painted (with
liquid PVDF or polyester powder) after fabrication.
Mirawall applications all over the world, where the thicker Mirawall/30
sheet has been mostly used for cladding panels of ventilated walls
and curtain wall infill or spandrel panels.
Although most of those applications have been on commercial and
high rise buildings, Mirawall has also recently found some new applications
in the field of residential buildings, as the external screen of
ventilated walls that greatly improve thermal insulation in cold
climates as Iceland.
Another promising market for Mirawall is the cladding of gas stations.
