Burning Lance / Thermic Lance consists of a tube filled with specialised wires which reduce
the flow of oxygen thereby reaching optimum level of combustion.
The temperature generated is in excess of 3000o C
at the burning tip. |
Applications :
- Cutting
of scrap eg. Heavy melting scrap. Cutting
ladle skull.
- Cutting
of reinforce concrete, stone rocks, etc.
- Cleaning
of spills from continuous casters and glass furnaces.
- Burning
and jammed tap hole opening.
- Cutting
refractories in the furnace lining.
- Any
burning operation where slag, dirt, brick, ferrous or
non-ferrous.
- For
Demolition of concrete structures like Bridges, Buildings,
Walls, Beams, etc.
